What is your return policy?

Intacte Hair will offer free returns within 60 days of receiving our product(s) on condition that the product is in original conditions, which means it has not been worn or tampered.

What is the return and exchange process?

• Please email us at info@intactehair.com. We will make sure the product is unopened, and prepare a return label for you.

• Please ship the item within 7 days after you get the return label, or we are unable to proceed with your return.

• Once we receive your returns, inspections will be made to see if the package is unopened and the product is not worn or tampered.

• We will proceed with your refund immediately if the return meets inspection requirements.

For exchange

• Please return your product first. Once we proceed with the refund, you may purchase the product you need.
